Who operates this website?
La Fabrique is operated by Episode SA, 12, rue de la Cense, 6830 Rochehaut, Belgium. Enterprise number: 0749.519.493. VAT: BE 0749.519.493.
What are cookies for?
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can also store information on your device. We distinguish tools essential to the website’s operation from optional third-party services.
Necessary cookies
The fabrique_admin cookie secures access to website administration. It is used only by administrators, sent only over HTTPS and expires after 24 hours or on logout. It is not used for advertising and does not require consent.
Google Maps — optional service
The map is disabled by default. It loads only after you click “Allow Google Maps and display the map”. Google then receives information including your IP address and browser information, and may read or set its own cookies. Google uses this information under its policies, including to provide and secure its service, and according to your Google settings.
You can browse the website without enabling the map. Your permission is not stored between page loads. “Disable Google Maps” removes the map and prevents further loading on that page. It does not delete cookies already set by Google: use your browser settings to remove them. Cookies and their lifetimes vary with your session and Google settings; see Google’s published list and durations using the links below.
Statistics, advertising and external links
Episode SA has not activated Google Analytics or advertising pixels on this website. Links to social networks, restaurants and booking services open independent websites governed by their own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent access to website administration. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights, contact gaelle@aubergederochehaut.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
